摘    要:本研究采用QuEChERS方法进行样品前处理, 优化提取溶剂及净化剂, 建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪(UPLC-MS/MS)对小麦麦粒和秸秆基质中唑啉草酯及其代谢物M4的检测方法, 研究表明, 在0.000 5~0.5 mg/L范围内, 唑啉草酯及其代谢物M4的浓度与色谱峰面积均呈现良好的线性关系?唑啉草酯在麦粒和秸秆中的平均回收率分别为77.6%~90.4%?76.7%~84.4%, 唑啉草酯代谢物M4在麦粒和秸秆中的平均回收率分别为81.9%~89.4%和74.5%~89.2%?唑啉草酯在麦粒?麦秆中的定量限分别为0.001 mg/kg?0.01 mg/kg; 唑啉草酯代谢物M4在麦粒?麦秆中的定量限分别为0.01 mg/kg?0.05 mg/kg?本研究为准确?高效?经济地检测小麦中唑啉草酯及唑啉草酯代谢物M4提供了可靠依据?

Abstract:In this study, the QuEChERS method was used for sample pretreatment, and the extraction solvent and purification agent were optimized. An ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method was established for the determination of pinoxaden and its metabolite M4 in wheat grains and straw substrate. In the range of 0.000 5-0.5 mg/L, there was a good linear relationship between the concentration and the peak area. The average recoveries of pinoxaden in wheat and straw were 77.6%-90.4% and 76.7%-84.4%, respectively, and the average recoveries of M4 in wheat and straw were 81.9%-89.4% and 74.5%-89.2%, respectively. The limit of quantitation (LOQ) of pinoxaden in wheat grains and straws were 0.001 mg/kg and 0.01 mg/kg, respectively, while those of pinoxaden metabolite M4 were 0.01 mg/kg and 0.05 mg/kg, respectively. This study provided a reliable basis for the accurate, efficient and economical detection of pinoxaden and its metabolite M4 in wheat.
