| 摘 要： | 以美国黄松成熟胚为外植体在GD 6—BA0．5mg／L培养基进行离体培养诱导不定芽,附加20g／kg蔗糖、0．6g／kg琼脂,pH为5．8,研究不同成熟胚对组织培养的反应。试验结果表明,不同成熟胚的生理状态对组织培养具有重要的影响。

| Abstract: | The mature embryos of Pinus ponderosa were used as explants to induce adventitious buds on GD + 6-BA 0. 5 mg/L medum. Influence of different mature embryos of P. ponderosa on tissue culture was studied. The results showed that influence of different mature embryos of P. ponderosa on tissue culture was important. |
