大棚西瓜“水脱”的识别与防控及提质增糖技术

苏北沿海地区晚春及越夏连秋大棚西瓜受梅雨及夏季高温、高湿环境影响,容易出现水分代谢异常,即表现出“水脱”病变。为了准确识别西瓜“水脱”症状,并做好防控工作,提高西瓜品质,总结西瓜“水脱”早期识别办法,提出干预和防控措施,形成了选择抗“水脱”西瓜品种、选择优势种植园地、推广高垄深沟栽培技术、科学施肥灌水、改进设施保护栽培模式、优化坐瓜节位和坐瓜环境、定期试采等控水增糖关键技术。

Identifi cation, Prevention and Control of "Dehydration" and Technologies of Improving Quality and Sugar of Watermelon in Greenhouse

Abstract: Influenced by plum rain and high temperature and humidity in summer, watermelons in greenhouses in late spring and summer and autumn in coastal areas of northern Jiangsu were prone to abnormal water metabolism, that was "dehydration". In order to accurately identify the symptoms of "dehydration" of watermelon, and do a good job in prevention and control, improve the quality of watermelon, the early identification methods of "dehydration" of watermelon were summarized, intervention and control measures were put forward. The key technologies of controlling water and increasing sugar of watermelon were contained, such as the selection of "dehydration resistant" watermelon cultivar, selection of advantageous planting gardens, promotion of high ridge and deep ditch cultivation technology, scientifi c fertilization and irrigation, improvement of facility protection cultivation mode, and optimization of sitting position and sitting environment, regular trial production and so on.
