乡村振兴战略下陕南茶叶产业化发展对策研究

产业振兴是乡村振兴的关键和基础,茶叶产业是陕南地区生态农业主导产业之一。文章在分析了陕南茶叶产业化发展现状及存在问题的基础上,以乡村振兴为背景,提出以下发展策略：一是加强统筹协调,优化茶产业生产组织结构;二是延伸茶产业链,促进“茶文旅”深度融合发展;三是强化创新驱动,大力引进培养茶叶专业人才。

Research on the Development Countermeasures of Tea Industrialization in southern Shaanxi Under Rural Revitalization Strategy

Industrial revitalization is the basis of rural revitalization,The tea industry is one of the leading industries of ecological agriculture in southern Shaanxi.This paper analyses the current situation and the development problems of the Tea Industrialization in southern Shaanxi,and puts forward some suggestions Under Rural Revitalization Strategy: First,The government should strengthen the overall arrangement and coordination, assist to optimize the tea industry''s organization of the Production department; Second,To extend chain of tea industry, deepen the integration of the tea industry and tourism;Third,The enterprise should strengthen innovation management, introduce and cultivate the professional talents for the tea industry.
