粮食安全视角下西部省份农业综合生产能力提升路径研究

基于粮食安全视角,并运用2018年的截面数据测算西部十二个省份的农业综合生产能力,较为全面地研究西部省份当前的农业生产能力及其在空间上的分布差异。研究显示:西部省份当前农业综合生产能力总体较低且不同省份之间农业综合生产能力空间差异较大,这主要源于农业生产本身所依赖环境存在的刚性,要实现农业综合生产能力质的提升和农业农村现代化是一项长期任务。因此,未来西部省份在农业生产高质量发展过程中应重点加强农业综合生产的保障。

Research on the Approach to Improving Comprehensive Agricultural Production Capacity in Western Provinces from the Perspective of Food Security

From the perspective of food security, this paper used cross-sectional data in 2018 to calculate the comprehensive agricultural production capacity of 12 western provinces of China, and comprehensively studied the current agricultural production capacity and the differences in its spatial distribution in the western provinces. The result shows that the current comprehensive agricultural production capacity of western provinces is generally low and there is a large spatial difference between different provinces. This is mainly due to the rigid dependence of agricultural production on the environment. It is a long-term task to improve the quality of comprehensive agricultural production capacity and modernize agriculture and rural areas. In this regard, in the future, western provinces should make a greater effort to guarantee the comprehensive agricultural production in the process of high-quality development of agricultural production.
