不同来源斑叶兰中金线莲苷含量研究

摘    要:以金线莲为对照,采集贵州松桃、湖南永顺、重庆秀山、贵州遵义、浙江建德5种不同来源的斑叶兰,经6个月高山林下仿野生栽培,研究了斑叶兰和金线莲的金线莲苷含量。结果表明,5种来源斑叶兰金线莲苷含量组间差异极显著,且均显著低于金线莲。其中:来自湖南永顺的斑叶兰中金线莲苷含量最低,显著低于其他4个来源的斑叶兰;其余来源斑叶兰中金线莲苷含量差异不显著。

Study on the Content of Kinsenoside from Different Sources of Goodyera schlechtendaliana
Abstract:Five different germplasm resources of Goodyera schlechtendaliana from Songtao Guizhou province, Yongshun Hunan province, Xiushan Chongqing province, Zunyi Guizhou province and Jiande Zhejiang province, and Anoectochilus roxburghii cultivation from Jiande Zhejiang province as a control, were collected and planted under mountain forest for 6 months, and the contents of kinsenoside were tested. The results showed that there is highly significant difference among the kinsenoside contents of five resources, and significantly lower than that that of Anoectochilus roxburghii. Among the 5 resources, the kinsenoside contents of germplasm from Yongshun Hunan province was highly lower than them of other germplasms, and there is no significant difference among the contents of the other 4 germplasms.
