冰草种子丸粒化包衣配方的筛选

本文研究了不同丸粒化包衣配方（共16种配方）对冰草种子物理性状、萌发特性的影响，以筛选出最优丸粒化包衣配方。结果表明，当滑石粉：膨润土配比为85:15，种粉比1∶1.2，聚乙烯醇浓度20%，芸苔素内酯400 mg/L时丸粒化包衣配方最优，此时单粒率93.87%、崩解率93.50%、抗压强度330.48 g、发芽率63.33%、发芽势49.67%、发芽指数11.23、活力指数137.01，各项数据最为均衡，是值得推广应用的配方。
