冰草种子丸粒化包衣配方的筛选

摘    要:本文研究了不同丸粒化包衣配方(共16种配方)对冰草种子物理性状、萌发特性的影响,以筛选出最优丸粒化包衣配方。结果表明,当滑石粉:膨润土配比为85:15,种粉比1∶1.2,聚乙烯醇浓度20%,芸苔素内酯400 mg/L时丸粒化包衣配方最优,此时单粒率93.87%、崩解率93.50%、抗压强度330.48 g、发芽率63.33%、发芽势49.67%、发芽指数11.23、活力指数137.01,各项数据最为均衡,是值得推广应用的配方。

Screening of Pellets and Coating Formulations of Agropyron cristatum

Abstract:In this paper, the orthogonal experimental design was used to study the effects of different pelletizing formulas (16 formulas in total) on the physical properties and germination characteristics of ice grass seed pellets, and the optimal pelletizing formula was screened out. The results show that in all formulas, the pelletized formula of YTS6, talc and bentonite ratio of 85%: 15%, seed powder ratio of 1: 1.2, polyvinyl alcohol concentration of 20%, and brassinolide 400 mg/L, At the single seed rate of 93.87%, the disintegration rate of 93.5%, the compressive strength of 330.48 g, the germination rate of 63.33%, the germination potential of 49.67%, the germination index of 11.23, and the vigor index of 137.01, the fluidity of naked iceweed seeds is higher than that of pelleting Although the germination rate of YTS6 was lower than 71% of CK, there was no significant difference (P>0.05), the data of YTS6 was the most balanced under the comprehensive comparison of various factors, and it was a formula worthy of popularization and application.
