一种层次混合量化苹果品质分级的研究

A Study of Hierarchical Hybrid Quantitative Apple Quality Grading

In order to solve the existing problems of quality grading, we discussed the apple hybrid quantitative quality grading method in the article. Through in-depth investigation, we used word cloud and AHP to grasp consumers" concerns and factors affecting quality grading. At the same time, we formulated quantifiable scoring rules according to the different attributes of quality grading indicators. Finally, we formed the calculation method of each index score and the quality grading standard. This method not only fully considered the concerns of consumers, but also integrated a variety of qualitative and quantitative evaluation indicators. Using the hierarchical mixed quantitative quality grading method, we found the comprehensive detection index score. The comprehensive evaluation score was better than the single index evaluation such as size, fruit shape and color. As a result, this method effectively solved the problem that the apple quality grading index was difficult to quantify. Also, this method could provide an effective solution for other fruit quality grading.
