不同乙酰度壳寡糖对马家柚幼苗光合特性及根系的影响

摘    要:为了探讨壳寡糖对马家柚幼苗的作用,本文以盆栽马家柚为材料,研究了叶面喷施90%、50%、10%乙酰度壳寡糖对马家柚幼苗光合特性、幼苗根系生长的影响。结果表明:10%乙酰度壳寡糖对马家柚幼苗光合速率和水分利用效率增加达到19.73%和68.15%;3种乙酰度的壳寡糖显著增加了马家柚幼苗的电子传递效率,而对实际光化学电子产量和光化学淬灭没有显著影响;10%乙酰度壳寡糖50mg/L显著增加了家柚幼苗根长、根表面积和根干重,对马家柚根系生长具有明显的促进作用。结果发现10%乙酰度壳寡糖显著提高了马家柚幼苗光合作用,促进马家柚幼苗根系生长。

Effects of different acetylation chitooligosaccharides on photosynthetic characteristics and root of Majia pomelo seedlings
Abstract:90%, 50% and 10% acetylated chitooligosaccharides were applied to study the photosynthetic characteristics and roots of Majia pomelo seedlings. The results showed that 10% acetylated chitooligosaccharide increased the photosynthetic rate and water utilization efficiency by 19.73% and 68.15%. The three acetylated chitooligosaccharides significantly increased the electron transport efficiency of Majia pomelo seedlings. However, the actual photochemical electron yield and photochemical quenching were not significantly affected. 10% acetylation chitososaccharide of 50 mg/L treatment significantly increased root length, root surface area and root dry weight of Majia pomelo seedlings. In conclusion, 10% acetylated chitososaccharide significantly improved the photosynthesis rate and promoted the root growth of Majia pomelo seedlings.
