摘    要:甘薯是一种重要的经济作物,其在收获与储运过程中的萌芽会降低品质。本文介绍了甘薯块根的萌芽特性及影响因素,并提出了物理、化学及生物抑芽技术,以期为甘薯抑芽研究提供参考。

Abstract:As an important economic crop, Sweet Potato Germination is very common during harvest, storage and transportation, because germination consumes nutrients from the root tubers, ffecting the quality of sweet potato when seriously, and has adverse effects on the storage and transportation of sweet potato. How to control the germination of sweet potato according to the different conditions after germination, through selecting the proper method of inhibiting bud, achieveing bud suppression is very important for the development Sweet Potato industry. In this paper, by introducing the phenomenon of sweet potato root germination, this paper analyzes the external conditions, endogenous hormones and other relevant factors affecting sweet potato germination, further introducing the physical, chemical and biological bud suppression technology, and prospecting and summarizing the development trend, in order to provide ideas and methods for the study of sweet potato bud suppression.
