摘    要:以玉米、黑麦草和紫花苜蓿为受试植物,对水培条件下铅、锌单独及复合作用对种子萌发和植物生长发育的影响进行了研究。结果表明,铅-锌复合作用对植物的影响总体最大,具有一定的协同作用,铅单独作用次之,锌单独作用在低于150 mg/L时对三种植物的萌发和生长无明显影响。玉米对铅-锌复合作用的耐性最好,达150 mg/L时,玉米的苗高仍为对照的40%,是黑麦草相对苗高的2倍,紫花苜蓿的2.3倍,为较理想的重金属污染环境耐受植物。铅、锌重金属在水培条件下对植物根的抑制较茎叶部分更为明显,同时通过减少叶绿素的生成对植物的生长发育产生抑制。

Abstract:The influence of Pb,Zn and Pb-Zn combined interaction on the seed germination and growth of three typical plants under solution culture condition was analyzed in detail in this paper.Results showed that the three plants growth was much more restrained distinctly with Pb-Zn combined interaction than Pb or Zn separately.The influence of Pb on the growth of three plants was minor.Furthermore,as one of necessary trace element to plants,there was not visible suppression determined when the concentration of Zn wa...
