| 摘 要： | 基于手工编制水利水电工程概算的实践和经验，设计了水利水电工程概算软件，初步探讨了设计工程概算软件的原理，在计算机应用技术方面进行了大胆偿试。本软件经反复调试，已趋于完善，使用结果表明，该软件可用于大中小型水利水电工程的概预算工作。

| Abstract: | Based on practice and experience of working out.water conservation and hydropower project estimate by hand.Author designs the water conservation and hydropower prpkect estimate software and preliminary study of the theory of designing project estimate.Moreover,Author have a daring effort on computer application technology.Results of using it indicate that the software can be applied in the estimate work on large,Middle,Small size water conservation and hydropowere project. |
