农机具牵引力电子测试系统的研究与分析

摘    要:对于牵引式农机来说,农业机械牵引力的测量只需要在拖拉机与农具之间安放拉力传感器或机械式拉力表则可进行。为此,介绍了农机具牵引力传感器的结构、原理,牵引力测试的常见方法,以及悬挂农机具电子测试系统的组成和应用。该系统可以为农机具研究与开发、产品鉴定及引进动力匹配与节能研究、农机教学与科研等提供较先进的测试手段和技术,具有一定科研和技术服务价值。

Abstract:This text has introduced the often square law that the structure, principle, traction force of the traction force sensor of farm implements test, and hang the electron of farm implements to test systematic composition and application. This system can be research and development of farm implements, products determine and introduce power not to match with energy-conserving research, agricultural machinery teaching and scientific research, etc. offering more advanced test meaning and technology, have certain scientific research and technological service value.
