薇甘菊染料化学成分分析

摘    要:[目的]为薇甘菊作为天然植物染料开发利用提供一定的理论依据。[方法]采用水提取法提取薇甘菊中的色素成分,应用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法对其化学成分进行鉴定,用峰面积归一化法测定各个化合物在水提取物中的相对百分含量。[结果]鉴定出116个峰中的59种化合物,占提取物总含量的95.34%,主要化合物为植物甾类(44.58%)、酯类(26.22%)、胺类(9.45%),另外,还含有杂环化合物(5.34%)和醚类化合物(4.87%)等。[结论]薇甘菊可以作为天然植物染料开发利用。
