Based on the situation of accelerating development of urbanization in China, Henan Province has proposed developing its strategic objective of "City Group of Zhongyuan".The proposition of the goal will make small-and-medium-sized towns of Henan Province obtain the unprecedented opportunity for development. After planning the new towns of Xinxiang County, because the landscape of office garden of government could give public the first impression, the quality of planning and design seems particularly important. Through the object of office garden of Xinxiang County government,the principles and methods of landscape design of office garden of government in modern small towns are studies.And other modern small towns to be constructed inti one with high-quality environment of office garden of government can draw lessons from this design.
