摘    要:介绍了在医学及卫生环境规范的食品安全中,食品源中可能的致病性因素主要包括食品源病原体、食物过敏、食品添加剂、农药残留、食品源的耕作方式和食品动物源抗生素等。指出利用食品分子云端数据库可使消费者方便地了解食品相关信息。

Abstract:Possible diseases-causing factors from foodborne resources including microbes pathogens,food allergy,food additives,pesticides residues,cultivating method of agriculture and antibiotics from meats were introduced.A primary cloudy database of nutritional molecules was also built to further explore the possibility to detect food safety with smart phones or other terminals.
