| Abstract: | The basic principle of movement of circulation founds and the limitations of estimation methods of circulation fund in agriculture projects were present.According to the distinguishing feature of agriculture projects, the author gave the estimation method of circulating fund in agriculture projects by using the costs of operation directly. |
