博客侵权的法律规制策略探析

随着Web2.0技术与服务的运用,全民浏览网页时代逐渐过渡到全民织网的时代,知识产权问题又表现出新的时代特征,网络侵权与个人隐私泄露事件层出不穷。一方面,展现了国家真正民主的进程;另一方面,也给一些受害人带来了巨大的损失。基于此,本文从知识产权保护的视角,对当前博客侵权的法律规制策略予以简要探析。

With the use of web2.0 technologies and services,we have run into the era from browsing only the webpage to weaving network,intellectual property issues shows the new characteristics,the incidence of web infringement and disclosure of personal privacy become universal.On the one hand,it demonstrates the process of truly democracy,on the other hand,it brings the victim to a number of people.Based on this,the article makes a brief analysis on the problem from the perspective of protection of intellectual property rights.
