摘    要:在采用生命周期耗费分析法(LCCA)对建筑围护结构保温层厚度进行经济分析的过程中,考虑了环境保护因素,即参与清洁发展机制(CDM)项目合作,得出了一个简单的保温层经济厚度计算公式,并对天津地区典型建筑住宅围护结构保温层经济厚度进行了计算、分析、对比。结果表明:参与CDM的项目合作,不但可以使节能建筑的总投资费用大幅度降低,同时还可使保温指标产生质的飞跃,这对我国建筑节能发展有积极的意义。该方法对我国某些具体的节能建筑的工程设计具有参考和应用价值。

Abstract:In the economic analyzing process of insulation thickness of building develop, factors of environmental protection are considered, namely participation in cooperation in CDM projects, and a simple formula of economical insulation thickness is concluded. Then the economical insulation thickness of typical building envelops in Tianjin area are analyzed, calculated and compared. The results show that participation in cooperation in CDM projects, can not only lower the total investment in energy saving building in a vast scale, but also improve the heat preservation terms quantitatively. It shows positive significance to the energy saving cause in China. And this method also has referable and applicable value in some tangible construction designs of energy saving buildings in China.
