摘    要:针对杨凌新天地设施示范园无土栽培黄瓜出现缺镁这一生产问题,采用MgSO4溶液进行叶面喷肥和植株灌根,分别设0.2%、0.4%和0.6%三个浓度处理。试验结果表明,采用浓度为0.4%的MgSO4溶液进行叶面喷肥,叶片叶绿素含量、光合速率和小区产量均极显著高于其它处理,可以在生产中推广应用。

Abstract:This research is belonged to the element-Mg of cucumber soilless culture in protected surrounding,and it is done in Xingtiandi Structure Agriculture Garden of Yangling.Element-Mg is enriched by spraying on leaves and watering the roots,and they are classfied by different MgSO_4 enrichment concentration,that is 0.2%,0.4% and 0.6%.Content of chlorophyll,photosynthesis speed,and yield of the whole district are analysed.The results showed that the 0.4 % MgSO_4 spraying leaves is the best way in all treatments.It may provide reference to cucumber soilless culture in greenhouse.
