| Abstract: | Rich-poor gap is an important factor causing social problems.To reduce income gap of urban and rural residents in Heilongjiang,the five factors that impacts the income gap of urban and rural residents in Heilongjiang are proposed in this paper,including dual economic structure in urban and rural areas,the larger gap between urban and rural residents and labor productivity,system and policy that support urban and rural dual economic structure,path dependence of institutional change,and the feeble constitution of agriculture,which can provide relevant evidences for Heilongjiang government to make policy of reducing urban-rural income. |
