Research on the Cultivating Mode of Professional Managers in Specialized Farmers Cooperatives

The cultivation of professional manager in the farmers’ specialized cooperative has dead zone for a long time.For example,the means of cultivation is behind the time,the results of fostering is inconspicuous and the fostering mode is deviated from the market demand.To improve the results of fostering of professional manager in the farmers’ specialized cooperative,firstly,the external environment and the inner environment should be built to convenient the progress of professional manager;secondly,the whole fostering framework should be characterized by our country’s professional manager in the farmers’ specialized cooperative;thirdly,as a result the comprehensive quality of professional managers should be improved.To resist the impact of the international market for agricultural and to provide human resource security to accelerate the development of Chinese farmers’ professional co-operatives.
