| Abstract: | To explore differences of growth curve in human breast cell（MDA-MB-231,MCF-7,HBL-100）,human colon carcinoma cell（HCT-8） and human cervical carcinoma cell（HeLa）,the MDA-MB-231、MCF-7、HBL-100、HCT-8 and HeLa cell were cultivated,and then their growth curves was detected by the method of MTT.In the experimental conditions,these types of cell growth in the order of HeLa,MCF-7,HCT-8,MDA-MB-231,HBL-100 cells,and growth rate of cell increases.HeLa,MCF-7,HCT-8,MDA-MB-231 and HBL-100 are cancer cells,but their growth rates are not the same,there are some differences of the occurrence and development of different cancer,while cell growth rate of the same breast cancer is not the same,which may have a certain relationship to the source of these cells in breast cancer have. |
