| 摘 要： | 针对家禽血液红细胞有细胞核的特点,研究适合鹅血液基因组DNA的廉价、简便、快速的基因组DNA提取方法,并为其他家禽提供参考.新方法利用简便经济的操作将蛋白质和核酸分离,去除杂质、沉淀核酸,与传统酚-氯仿法相比,具有成本低、操作步骤简便和快速的特点,尤其适用于大量样品的DNA提取.

| Abstract: | In order to discover a cheap,simple and rapid genomic DNA extraction from goose blood,and provide a reference for other poultry,a new DNA extraction methods was set up.This method used simple and efficient method separating the protein and nucleic acid,remove impurities;nucleic acid precipitation based the characteristics that poultry red blood cells have nuclei.Compared to traditional phenol-chloroform method,the new method had the characteristics of low cost,simple steps and high-speed,especially is suitable for large number of samples. |
