应用日本和牛改良本地黄牛效果的研究

摘    要:为了提高我国本地黄牛生长性能和胴体品质,引进日本和牛冷冻精液,采用级进杂交的方法,实现和牛与本地黄牛杂交,产生第一代杂交牛.再用日本和牛冷冻精液给第一代杂交母牛人工输精,得到第二代杂交牛.对第一代和第二代杂交牛的生长性能和胴体品质进行了测定.结果显示第一代和第二代杂交牛的初生重、体尺、体重要高于本地黄牛(P<0.05)...

Abstract:In order to improve the growth performance and the carcass quality of domestic cattle(Bos taurus domesticus Gmelin).A grading crossing method from domestic cattle and Japanese black cattle was used in this experiment.The domestic cows were artificial inseminated by the frozen semen of Japanese black cattle.The grading offspring(the first generation) females were artificial inseminated by the frozen semen of Japanese black cattle and generated the second generation.The results showed that the offspring had a higher birth weight and body size than that of domestic cattle.Likewise,the slaughter parameters were higher than the domestic cattle have.All the generations had a good environmental adaptability.Therefore,the grading crossing offspring had more advantages in growth performance and carcass quality.
