关于黄河上中游地区开发利用沙棘的思考

自以开发利用沙棘资源作为加速黄土高原治理突破口以来，黄河上中游地区的沙棘资源建设及开发利用工作有了很大进展，并在这一地区水土流失治理中发挥了积极作用。该地区现有沙棘资源１００万ｈｍ２，本世纪末将达到１５０万ｈｍ２。沙棘开发热潮为广袤而贫瘠的黄河上中游地区的经济发展注入了活力，沙棘资源建设与开发可望成为该地区脱贫致富奔小康的经济支柱之一。要保持这种良好的发展势头，必须正确认识沙棘开发利用在未来黄土高原经济发展中的地位，以开发沙棘油为重点，加强科研投入，推广新技术，强化组织协调，保证资源建设与开发利用稳步持续发展。

Views on Exploitation and Utilization of Common Seabuckthorn in the Middle and Upper Yellow River Region

Since the exploitation and utilization of common seabuckthorn was taken as breakthough of accelarating the harnessment of the Loess Plateau, construction and utilization of common seabuckthorn in the upper and middle Yellow River region developed greatly and played an active role in soil loss control. At present, there are 1000 thousand hectare of common seabuckthorn resources in the area, the resources will reach 1500 thousand hectare by the end of the century. A great upsurge in exploitation of common seabuckthorn vigourated the economy development of the upper and middle Yellow River. To conserve the development tendency of common seabuckthorn,we must correctly recognize the position of exploitation and utilization of common seabuckthorn in the future economy development of the Loess Plateau, increase input to scientific research, spread advanced technology, strengthen organization and coordination work, and ensure steady and sustained development of the construction and utilization of common seabuckthorn resources.
