| 摘 要： | 山西省具有丰富的沙棘资源，沙棘油又是一种高附加值的产品，为了充分利用自然资源，造福于民，该文就超临界CO2萃取沙棘油工艺进行了研究，通过试验找出了超临界CO2萃取沙棘油的最佳中试工艺条件。

| Abstract: | Shanxi province is rich in sallow thorn resources and the sallow thorn oil is a high profit production.In order to make fully use of natural resources and bring benefit to people,the technology of super critical CO 2 extraction of sallow thorn oil was studied and optimum technological conditions for the middle test was found. |
