银胶菊引种栽培的研究

摘    要:利用从美国农业部得到的8个银胶菊品种种子,通过播种育苗在四川省攀枝花地区建立了银胶菊种质园和示范区,对银胶菊的生物学特性、生长节律及栽培繁殖技术等进行了系统地研究。利用观察统计及差异性分析结果表明,银胶菊适应性强、喜光、抗旱、耐贫瘠、根系发达,在四川省攀枝花地区能够正常生长和繁育;8个银胶菊品种在茎粗、茎高、冠幅方面,A、B、D、E、F、G 6个品种具有较好的生长表现,而J、H 2个品种则表现不佳,初步确定A、B、D、E、F、G 6个品种为重点推广品种。

Abstract:The field gene bank and demonstration plot of guayule was established in District Panzhihua,Sichuan Province by sowing and culture of seedling of 8 varieties introduced from American Agricultural Ministry.The biological property,growth law and the technology of cultivation and reproduce of guayule was studied systematically.The difference analysis combined with observation and statistics indicated that the guayule had better suitability.It's photophil,drought-resistant,infertile-resistant and had unprimitive roots.It could grow and breed normally in Panzhihua district,Sichuan Province.The 6(A,B,D,E,F,G) of the 8 breeds had better growing performance on roughness and height of stem,canopy diameter.The others(J,H) were underperformed.The 6 varieties(A,B,D,E,F,G) were confirmed preliminary to be popularized principally.
