摘    要:测定5个假俭草(Eremochloa ophiuroides)的匍匐茎和叶片在干旱胁迫期间含水量、细胞质电解外渗率及土壤含水量的变化,并分析其简单相关关系和线性回归。结果表明:叶片和匍匐茎含水量,土壤含水量均随着干旱胁迫时间的延长而降低;细胞电解质外渗率则增加,但降低和增加的幅度不尽相同,而且叶片和匍匐茎的增加或降低不同步;对照组(E102)除叶片失水速率明显低于其他种源外,并无明显优于国产假俭草种源抗旱性的特征;叶片与匍匐茎含水量、电解质外渗率与土壤含水量之间呈显著和极显著相关;叶片含水量与其电解质外渗率之间呈极显著或显著线性关系,表明假俭草水分状况与其细胞受伤害程度及其抗旱性之间联系密切。

Abstract:Five centipedegrass accessions were tested under water stress for their leaf and stolon moisture content and cytoplasm electrolyte leakage rate, as well as changes of the soil moisture content to analyze their single correlations and linear regression. The results show that as water stress prolongs, the stolon, leaf, and soil moisture contents reduce, while the stolon and leaf cytoplasm electrolyte leakage rates rise, though the extent of the decrease and of the increase are varied, and the reducing and rising in the stolons and in the leaves are not synchronous. The accession of serial number E102 does not excel the others in draught resistancy, except its leaves give lower moisture-losing rate. There are close correlations among leaf and stolon moisture content and their cytoplasm electrolyte leakage rate, and the soil moisture content. The leaf moisture content and its cytoplasm electrolyte leakage rate show significant linear relations, indicating the close relationship among the centipedegrass moisture content, the extent or its cell injuries and the drought resistancy of the grass.
