基于RAGA的PP模型在土壤肥力综合评价中的应用

摘    要:土壤肥力受到自然因素和人为因素的双重影响,而且评价指标数据集较大属于高维数据,对其进行客观的综合评价显得非常困难.为此,运用投影寻踪模型和遗传算法对土壤肥力综合评价进行了研究,充分利用了投影寻踪模型在处理高维数据和遗传算法在全局快速寻优方面的优势,取得了很好的效果.

Abstract:Soil fertility is affected by both nature factors and artificial factors which are large and high dimensional data, so it is difficult to evaluate it externally. This paper used projection pursuit model and genetic algorithm to evaluate soil fertility, and based on advantages of dealing with high dimensional data of PP and global rapid optimum seeking of GA which achieved good results.
