| 摘 要： | 以ＡＡ肉用雏鸡为试验动物，对雏鸡注射黄芪多糖和香菇多糖，检测脾脏Ｔ淋巴细胞ＩＬ－２诱生活性和淋巴细胞增殖反应。结果表明，黄芪多糖和香菇多糖注射组雏鸡，ＩＬ－２诱生活性和淋巴细胞增殖反应均高于或显著高于对照组雏鸡。

| Abstract: | The Aabroilers were used as the experimental animal injected with Astragalan and Lentinan to detect the interleukin 2(IL 2) activity of speenic T lymphocytes and lymphocyte proliferative reaction. The results showed that compared with the control group(C group),in the chicks injected with Astragalan(A group) and Lentinan(L group),both IL 2 inductive activity and lymphocyte proliferative reaction were increased or significantly raised( P <0.05) |
