科技促进福建渔业经济的发展

技术创新促进了福建渔业经济的快速发展，使得福建渔业经过30年的发展已经成为福建省国民经济的重要支柱产业之一．究其成功原因，主要有两方面：一方面通过技术攻关促进福建渔业快速发展．如，坚持“以养为主”的发展方针，注重技术创新，加强技术交流与合作，推广应用新技术和先进设备．另一方面依靠科技进步促进渔业经济持续健康发展．如，实施重大项目，支撑渔业发展基础；科学规范养殖行为，降低养殖风险；合理安排养殖容量，减少环境污染；加强病虫害防治技术研究，提高养殖技术水平；加强养殖品种改良和新品种培育，防止品种退化．

Science and Technology Has Promoted the Fisheries Economy in Fujian Province

The innovation of science and technology has promoted the rapid development of the fisheries economy in Fujian Province, and has made, thirty years after, fisheries become one of the most essential industries for Fujian＇s economy. First, technological breakthroughs have boosted Fujian fisheries development. Great importance has been attached to the guideline of ＂ cultivation first＂, technological innovations, science and technology exchanges and cooperation, the application of new technologies and advanced equipment. Second, science and technology advance has ensured the continuous and healthy development of Fujian fisheries economy. The following measures have been fisheries development, reducing the risks of culti adopted： launching key programs to strengthen the basis for vation by scientific regulations, abating environmental poilution by rational arrangement of cultivation volume, improving cultivation technologies to prevent and control pesticides and diseases, and avoiding breed deterioration by breed improvement and new breed cultivation.
