| 摘 要： | 为了研究膜分离法纯化天然牛磺酸的工艺条件，利用超滤和反渗透浓缱技术，考察了Ultra-flo和卷式膜超滤系统对牛磺酸水提液中的固体悬浮物和蛋白质等杂质的清除效果．结果表明：截留相对分子质量30000的聚丙烯腈膜平均膜通量达88L／（m^2·h），截留相对分子质量1000的卷式膜平均膜通量为45L／（m^2·h），经两级超滤，蛋白质质量分数可降至0．2％以下，滤液质量高，利于后续工艺．离子交换后，牛磺酸收集液经反渗透可浓缩35倍左右，平均膜通量为43L／（m^2·h）．

| Abstract: | To study the conditions of purifying natural taufiune using membrane technology, Ultra-flo and rolling membrane systems were used to remove impurities （solid, protein etc. ） from taurine extacting solution. Polyacylonitrile membrane, whose molecular weight cutoff is 30 000, was most effective in Ultra-flo membrane system with the average flux as high as 88 L/（ m2 · h）. The average flux of rolling membrane, whose molecular weight cutoff is 1 000, was as high as 45 L/（ m2· h）. The protein content in filter liquor was lower than 0. 2 % after two class ultrafiltration and the high quality of filter liquor was benefit to the last processes. The taurine liquid after ion-exchange could be concentrated more than 35 times by reverse osmosis system with the average flux as high as 43 L/（ m2· h）. |
