基于ADAMS的叉装车货叉平移性优化

摘    要:基于机械系统动力学软件ADAMS环境,对叉装车工作装置进行参数化建模,采用OPTDES-SQP非线性序列二次规划算法,对影响货叉平移性的油缸安装位置和角度、摆动油缸的直径等因素进行了优化设计.从优化分析结果看,货叉的平移性较其他优化方法提高了25%.

Optimization of Fork Translational Function of Forklift-Truck Based on ADAMS

Abstract:The parametric modeling of working device of forklift tracks was built with ADAMS. The translational function of forklift trucks was optimized using the SQP (Sequential Quadratic Programming) algorithm from the OPTDES code of design synthesis. The effect factors of installing positions and angles of cylinder and swinging cylinder diameters were considered. Compared to other optimizations, the fork translational function of forklift truck was improved by 25 %, from the optimization results.
