虎舌红形态特征变异及分子鉴别

对虎舌红的生物生态学特性和形态学特征进行了较系统地观测,发现虎舌红天然群体中除常见的叶色和叶片上凸起的绒毛均呈红色的类型外,还存在着叶片呈绿色、叶片上凸起的绒毛呈白色的特殊变异类型.分子标记检测结果表明,其种内存在较丰富的遗传多样性,此外,红色类型与绿色类型在DNA水平上存在着可资鉴别的特异谱带.研究可为虎舌红新品种的开发及优良观赏品系的选育提供分子依据.

Phenotypic Variation and Molecular Identification in Ardisia mamillata
