摘    要:对虎舌红的生物生态学特性和形态学特征进行了较系统地观测,发现虎舌红天然群体中除常见的叶色和叶片上凸起的绒毛均呈红色的类型外,还存在着叶片呈绿色、叶片上凸起的绒毛呈白色的特殊变异类型.分子标记检测结果表明,其种内存在较丰富的遗传多样性,此外,红色类型与绿色类型在DNA水平上存在着可资鉴别的特异谱带.研究可为虎舌红新品种的开发及优良观赏品系的选育提供分子依据.

Abstract:The biological,ecological and morphological characteristics in Ardisia mamillata were observed systematically in this study.The results showed that a special variety of which the leaves were green and covered by the white fluff was discovered.Meanwhile,RAPD analysis of genetic diversity demonstrated that the variation of leaves color was one of main reasons that there were a plentiful of intra specific genetic diversities in A.mamillata,and three A.mamillata varieties could be divided from the phenotype and...
