| 摘 要： | 本文采用RP-HPLC法，对双丙胺磷中的氨基类物质Ala及AMPB进行衍生化处理后，经TSKC18柱，0.1M醋酸钠-乙腈-水作流动相进行梯度洗脱，在254nm处进行Ala及AMPB的含量测定。采用本法，Ala的线性范围为1.0-40.0μg/mL,平均回收率为103.4%，精密度1.57%。本法与日本方法对照，具有操作简便、检测时间短、可同时测定双丙胺磷中Ala及AMPB含量的优点。本法也可用于废水中AMPB含量的测定。

| Abstract: | A RP-HPLC method was described for the determination of impurities Ala and AMPB in herbiace.Ala and AMPB was treated with PITC.Derivatized Ala and APPB was seperated on a TSK C18 column,using 0.1M sodium acetate annhydrous_acetonitrile_water as mobil phase and 254nm wavelength detector. The method can also be used for the determination of AMPB in waste water. |
