| Abstract: | Improving quality is the key to urbanization in North-west Area of China. Based on the idea of "everything for human", the paper sets up the index system of urbanization quality of north-west area of China. Moreover , provides the measures of improvement urbanization quality through improving non-agriculture quality, consummating groundwork establishment, increasing human capital investment. |
