摘 要: | 通过人工增加UV-B辐射,研究UV-B辐射对水稻叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率等光合特性的影响。试验设3个处理,CK为对照组(自然基础).T1(0.5w/m^2)和T2(1w/m^2)。试验结果表明:随着UV-B辐射的增强,水稻叶片不同生育期净光合速率T1和T2组较CK组分别下降13.91%和22.36%,13.21%-22.06%,14.31%-20.56%。UV—B辐射的增强促使不同生育期水稻的蒸腾速率和水分利用效率降低.

Abstract: | Under natural conditions, diurnal changes of photosynthetic rate, net photosynthetic rate ( Pn ) , transpiratiori rates ( Tr ) and water use efficiency ( WUE ) of rice leaves exposed to different intensities of UV-B radiation were studied.Compared to natural conditions, the net photosynthetic rate of rice leaves subjected to TI( 0.5w/m^2 )and T2 (1w/ m^2 )were respectively decreased by 13.91%-22.36%, 13.21%-22.06%, 14.31%-20.56% during the different stages. On the other hand, the water use efficiency ( WUE ) and transpiration rates ( Tr ) were decreased during different stages of rice leaves under enhanement UV-B radiation. |
