高职高专图书馆的发展对策研究

分析了新时期高职高专院校尤其是新升格院校图书馆的现状,并结合本馆实际,根据当前图书馆发展中所面临的主要问题和困难,从4个方面提出了在目前状况下谋求发展的对策,即全面贯彻落实<普通高等学校图书馆规程>;建设具有专业特色的图书馆;采取强有力的措施以缓解人员不足的矛盾;改善服务条件,提高服务质量,更好地为读者服务.

Study on Developing Countermeasure of a Vocational College Library

This paper has analyzed the present condition of a vocational college library during the new period,especially in the newly upgraded colleges.Combining with our fact,according to the main problems and difficulties it points out the countermeasure to develop under the condition through four parts.First,we should carry out Regulations of College Libraries thoroughly;Secondly,we may build up a specialized library;thirdly,we should take powerful measure to alleviate the lack of staff;fourthly,we should improve the service condition and quality to serve the readers better.
