| 摘 要： | 本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇＋水（1‰磷酸）为流动相,使用以SHIMADZUVP-ODS、5um为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在280nm波长下对试样进行分离和定量分析。结果表明噻菌茂的线性相关系数为1.000 0;标准偏差为0.27;变异系数为0.29%;平均回收率为100.0%。

| Abstract: | A method for separation and quantitative analysis of Saijunmao by HPLC with methanol and water（1‰Orthophosphoric acid）as mobile phase,SHIMADZU VP-ODS column and DAD at 280nm wavelength was described.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0,the standard deviation was 0.27,the variation coefficient was 0.29%,the average recovery was 100.0%. |
