摘    要:水分散粒剂(WG)是国家重点发展的环保剂型之一,挤出制粒、流化床制粒是国内应用最广的两种制粒方式,因为国内加工设备自动化水平较低,导致水分散粒剂加工过程中粉尘较大,而流化床制粒粉尘污染尤为严重。本文重点讲述了流化床造粒加工工艺的设计,通过辅助设备的选择与流程设计,解决其加工过程中的粉尘污染难题,促使这一环保剂型取得更好的发展。

Abstract:Water dispersible Granule (WG) is one of environmental friendly formulation, which is encouraged by Chinese government. And extrusion granulation and fluidized bed granulation are two of the most popular granulated methods.The heavy dust pollution is caused during the productive process of WG due to the low level automatic machine in China, and even worse for fluidized bed granulated procedure. The design of fluidized bed granulation processing was emphasisly described, and the dust pollution during the production was resolved via choosing the auxiliary equipment and appropriate production procedure.And hopefully, this environmental friendly formulation could be promoted.
