| 摘 要： | 以不同浓度的促控剂PBO,1001、50、2002、50倍液,对菜豆("美国供给者"品种)进行叶面喷施。结果表明:PBO能有效提高菜豆单荚重,对菜豆的产量有极显著地增加作用,尽管PBO也能增加菜豆结荚数,但对产量提高作用并不明显。在PBO各个浓度的处理中,以150倍液的PBO对单荚重增加的效应最为显著,比对照增加28.88%,为生产上适用的浓度,该试验的研究结果为菜豆施用PBO提高产量提供了理论依据。
