摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法对野生苦参和狼牙刺各组织器官中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱含量进行测定.色谱.柱ZORBAX SB-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),检测波长:220 am,流动相:0.04mol/L磷酸-甲醇(90:10),流速:1.0 mL/min,柱温:20℃.结果表明,野生苦参的苦参碱舍量较高,作为药用部分的苦参根,其苦参碱含量达到0.34%;狼牙刺的氧化苦参碱含量较高,其种子中氧化苦参碱含量达到2.45%.狼牙刺植株在苦参类生物碱开发利用方面有较高利用价值.

Abstract:The contents of matrine and oxymatrine in the wildness Sophora flavescens Alt and Sophora viciifoli were detected by HPLC with ZORBAX SB-C18 (150mm×4.6mm,5μm) column at 20℃.The mobile phase coasisted of 0.04 mol/L H_3PO_4 (pH=1.8)-CH_3OH (90:10).The flow rate Was 1.0 mL/min and detection wave lensth Was at 220 nm.The resuIts revealed that the high content of matrine in the wild Sophora flavescens Alt especially in its root was observed.The cantent of matrine in root reached 0.34%.On the other hand,2.45% oxymatrine in the Sophora viciifoli seed which was higher than Sophora flavescens Alt indicated that Sophora viciifoli had a good utilization value for producing matrine.
