| 摘 要： | 针对传统工艺生产加工的杂粮食品不能适应现代消费需求等问题,在分析国内外杂粮加工研究现状的基础上,以食品加工技术进步为依托,探讨了科技创新的目标与方向,以及共性技术支持为重点,旨在为杂粮加工研究提供借鉴。
