| Abstract: | According to the deep processing special research contents of agricultural product and safe existing problem of grain of our country, the development trend of world food industry, the paper had explained that the important meaning of the food grains other than rice and wheat developing. It is bringing better social and economic benefits to developing maize resources, utilizing nutrition of maize and alleviating the grain crisis in future. |
