利用POD同工酶对黑穗醋栗(Ribes nigrum L.)及有关种亲缘关系的研究

摘    要:利用聚丙烯酰胺平板电泳并结合欧氏距离聚类分析方法对茶 子属(RibesL.)12个种及6个黑穗醋栗(R.nigramL.)栽培品种的过氧化物酶同工酶谱进行了分析.结果为,所有材料共显示出27条不同迁移率的酶带,剌李和欧洲醋栗有两条稳定的公共带,其它材料也有3条主要的公共带,如果取类间距L=5.9,可将所有材料划分为5个类群,其中6个栽培品种与兴安茶 、香茶 和长白茶 聚在A类,其它7个野生种分别聚成B,C和D类,均表现出与E类的刺李和欧洲醋栗有较远的亲缘关系.

Abstract:Peroxidasc isozyme of 12 species and 6 blackcurrant cultivars in Ribes L.was studied with polyacrylamide gel plate electrophoresis and Eculidean distance cluster analysis. Theresultssuggest that all 18 samples reveal 27 isozyme bands totally which have different migra tion rates,R. burejense and R.grossularia have 2 invariable public bands, other sampleshave 3 main public bands.It threshold L = 5.9, all samples can be divided into 5 colonies, ofwhich 6 blackcurrant cultivars and R. odoratum, R. Paucifiorum and R. komarovii areclustered in colony A, the other 7 species are clustered in colonies B, C and D respectively. All'of them have far relationship with R. buerjense and R.grossularta in colony E.
