| 摘 要： | 动物性食品中抗生素残留问题引起了人们的广泛关注,而总抗生素快速检测试剂盒的产生给抗生素的快速检测带来了方便。为了解国产总抗生素快速检测试剂盒的可靠性,对其性能指标进行评价,通过灵敏度、准确度、适用范围、稳定性、重复性等试验进行考察,并将国产试剂盒与国外同类产品进行了比较。结果显示,总抗生素检测试剂盒可以检测20多种抗生素,重复性好,准确度达95%,结果准确可靠,且检测限均达到国外同类产品技术指标,其性能符合快速检测使用要求。

| Abstract: | The problems of antibiotic residues in animal-derived food have been gradually concerned by people.To investigate the reliability of the rapid detection reagent Kit of total antibiotics,the performance indices of the kits were analyzed by experiments of the sensitivity,accuracy,applicable scope,stability,reproducibility.The experimental results showed that the rapid detection reagent Kit of total antibiotics was accurate and reliable,accuracy degree was 95% and can detect more than 20 kinds of antibiotics.T... |
