枯草杆菌B826的化学诱变及筛选研究

摘    要:枯草杆菌B826(BacilussubtilisB826)是一株对水稻白叶枯病菌有强烈拮抗作用的细菌.本研究测定了枯草杆菌B826的对数生长曲线并利用化学诱变剂硫酸二乙酯(DES)处理对数生长期的细胞,获得了160个存活的菌株,其中6个菌仍保留拮抗活性或拮抗活性有所提高,其余的均丧失拮抗活性.突变菌No.35能稳定地保持高效的拮抗活性和遗传.

Abstract:Bacterium strain Bacillus subtilis B826 is one of antagonistic bacteria to rice leaf bacterial blight pathogen, Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae . After treated by chemical mutation regent diethyl sulfate (DES), about 160 survival bacterial clones of B826 were obtained on the KMB medium plate. Most of them lost the antagonistic properties against to X. oryzae pv. oryzae . Six mutants showed significant increasing of antagonistic activity to the pathogen. Among them, clone 35# was studied in detail. After 20 generation, 35# mutant still show very strong antagonistic activity to X. oryzae pv. oryzae .
