结缕草对干旱胁迫的响应

摘    要:通过对结缕草(Zoysia japonica)进行控水处理,测定干旱胁迫期间的叶片形态、叶片相对含水量、脯氨酸和可溶性总糖含量的变化。结果表明:(1)随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,结缕草叶片受害程度逐渐增加。在干旱胁迫初期,处理组叶片1/3萎蔫,并且开始卷曲;干旱胁迫到第9d时,植株整体处于萎蔫状态,部分叶片枯黄;干旱胁迫到第12d时,植株全部萎蔫,大部分叶片枯黄;干旱胁迫到第15d时,植株叶片全部枯黄。(2)叶片相对含水量的变化呈逐渐下降的趋势,干旱胁迫到6d后叶片含水量下降幅度增加,胁迫到12d后下降趋势又变缓慢。(3)随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,脯氨酸含量逐渐增加,干旱胁迫9d后脯氨酸含量大幅度增加,第12d后脯氨酸含量增加缓慢。(4)随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,可溶性总糖含量逐渐增加,胁迫到9d后可溶性总糖含量大幅度增加,胁迫到12d时达到最高值,然后可溶性总糖含量开始逐渐下降。

Abstract:Zoysia japonica was used to study the change of leaf shape,leaf water content,content of proline(Pro) and total soluble carbohydrates(TSC) under the drought stress treatments.The results indicated that:(1) the leaf symptom was damaged as water stress prolonging.In the drought stress period,one-third of leaves were wilting and curling.All leaves began wilting and some leaves scorching on the 9th day of drought stress.Most leaves began scorching on the 12th day and all leaves scorching on the 15th day.(2) Water content in leaf was reducing as water stress prolonged.And it dropped rapidly from 6th day of drought stress,and then slowly from 12th day.(3) Content of PRO was increasing as water stress prolonged.PRO content increased dramatically from the 9th day,then increased slowly from 12th day.(4) Content of TSC was increasing as water stress prolonged and then increased dramatically from the 9th day,and reached the highest peak on the 12th day,but decreased slowly after the 12th day.
