| 摘 要： | 阐述了专业队伍建设对于图书馆发展的重要性，分析了当前医院图书馆在队伍建设方面存在的问题，并结合当前实际，从建立相应管理机制、争取领导重视、构建软硬件环境、引进人才、建立继续教育体制等方面提出了加强专业队伍建设的对策。 |

| Abstract: | This article described the importance of professional contingent development to hospital library development, analyzed the main problems in current contingent development of hospital libraries. Also, it put forward a series of countermeasures by means of establishing corresponding management mechanism, winning over the leader's recognition, building up both software and hardware environments,introducing talents, setting up continuing medical education system. |
